Am luniaeth corff
    rhown fawl i Dduw,
Ond llawer mwy am Geidwad gwiw:
  I'n henaid dyro'r manna'n awr
  Y bara ddaeth o'r nef i lawr.

gwelir:
  Bydd wrth ein bwrdd O Frenin ne'
  Tyr'd at ein bwrdd o Frenin Mawr

For food of the body
    let us give praise to God,
But much more for a worthy Saviour:
  For our soul give the manna now
  The bread that came from heaven down.

We thank thee, Lord,
    for this our food,
But more because of Jesu's blood:
  Let manna to our souls be given,
  The bread of life sent down from heaven.
